Plant Protection Program
Every purchase on Plantisio is automatically covered by our Plant Protection Program. This means if your plant doesn't arrive as described, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, you're protected.
What's Covered:
- Plant arrives significantly damaged
- Plant doesn't match the listing description
- Wrong plant species was sent
- Package never arrives
File a claim within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos and details. Our team reviews all claims fairly and works to resolve issues quickly.
Secure Payments
All payments on Plantisio are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. We never store your full payment information on our servers.

Recognizing Scams
While Plantisio works hard to maintain a safe marketplace, it's important to stay vigilant. Here are red flags to watch for:
Warning Signs:
- • Seller asks you to pay outside of Plantisio
- • Deal seems too good to be true (extremely rare plants at very low prices)
- • Seller refuses to provide additional photos
- • Poor quality photos or stock images used
- • Seller has no reviews or only negative reviews
- • Pressure to complete transaction quickly
- • Request to communicate outside Plantisio's messaging system
If something feels off, trust your instincts and report it to our support team.
Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and welcoming community, all users must follow these guidelines:
- Be honest and accurate in all listings and communications
- Treat other users with respect and kindness
- Only list plants that are legal to sell and ship
- Complete all transactions through Plantisio's platform
- Respond to messages in a timely manner
- Ship items promptly and as described
- Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Report suspicious activity or policy violations
Reporting Issues
If you encounter a problem, suspicious activity, or policy violation:
- Document the issue with screenshots and details
- Use the "Report" button on the listing or message
- Contact our support team with your concerns
- We review all reports within 24 hours
- Serious violations may result in account suspension
Account Security
Protect your Plantisio account by:
- Using a strong, unique password
- Never sharing your login credentials
- Logging out on shared devices
- Enabling two-factor authentication (coming soon)
- Keeping your email address up to date
- Being cautious of phishing attempts
