• Include care level information to help buyers
• Mention any special characteristics or variegation

2. Pricing Your Plants

Research similar plants on Plantisio to understand market prices. Consider factors like plant size, rarity, condition, and whether it includes a decorative pot. Be transparent about any imperfections.

3. Communicating with Buyers

• Respond to messages within 24 hours
• Be honest about plant condition and care requirements
• Provide additional photos if requested
• Discuss shipping options and timing

4. Packaging & Shipping

• Water plants 2-3 days before shipping (not immediately before)
• Wrap pot in plastic bag to prevent soil spillage
• Protect leaves with paper or bubble wrap
• Use a sturdy box with adequate cushioning
• Include care instructions and your contact info
• Ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays
• Provide tracking number to buyer

5. After the Sale

Stay available to answer questions about plant care after delivery. Good customer service leads to positive reviews and repeat buyers.

For Buyers

1. Finding the Right Plant

• Use filters to narrow down by price, size, and category
• Read descriptions carefully to understand condition
• Check seller ratings and reviews
• Ask questions before purchasing if anything is unclear

2. Making a Purchase

When you're ready to buy:

• Review shipping costs and estimated delivery time
• Confirm your shipping address is correct
• Complete payment through Plantisio's secure system
• Plant Protection is automatically included

3. After Purchase

• Track your shipment using the provided tracking number
• Be available to receive the package promptly
• Inspect the plant immediately upon arrival
• Contact the seller if you notice any issues
• File a Plant Protection claim within 48 hours if needed

4. Plant Care After Delivery

Plants may experience shipping stress. Keep them in indirect light for the first few days, don't water immediately unless soil is bone dry, and monitor for a week before making any major changes to their environment.

5. Leaving Reviews

After receiving your plant, leave an honest review. This helps other buyers and sellers build trust in the community.

Trading Plants

• Message the seller about what you'd like to trade
• Discuss plant conditions and fair trade terms

• Agree on shipping arrangements (usually both parties cover their own shipping)
