• You should inspect items upon arrival and report issues promptly
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

4. Plant Protection Program

Our Plant Protection Program provides coverage for eligible purchases. Terms and conditions of the protection program are detailed in a separate policy document. Not all transactions qualify for protection.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• List plants that are illegal to sell or ship
• Misrepresent the condition or species of plants
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data

6. Fees and Payments

Plantisio may charge fees for certain services, including listing fees, transaction fees, and shipping costs. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Plantisio, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Plantisio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plantisio provides a platform for users to buy and sell plants but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of plants listed. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform.
