How do I list a plant for sale?

Click the "Sell Now" button in the navigation, fill out the listing form with details about your plant, upload photos, set your price, and publish. Your listing will appear on the marketplace immediately.

How does Plant Protection work?

Plant Protection covers your purchase if the plant doesn't arrive as described, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all. File a claim within 48 hours of delivery and our team will help resolve the issue.

What are the seller fees?

Plantisio charges a 5% service fee on successful sales. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and buyer protection. There are no listing fees or hidden charges.

How do I package plants for shipping?

Use a sturdy box, wrap the pot in plastic to prevent soil spillage, protect leaves with paper, add cushioning material, and include care instructions. Check our detailed shipping guide for step-by-step instructions.

Can I trade plants instead of selling?

Yes! Use the "Trade" button on plant listings to propose a trade. You can message the seller to discuss what plants you'd like to exchange. Trading is a great way to diversify your collection.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Go to your order history, select the problematic order, and click "Report Issue." Provide photos and details about the problem. Our support team will review and assist within 24 hours.
